Sie werden ein gro\u00dfz\u00fcgiges Schlafzimmer mit gro\u00dfem und bequemem Bett, ein einladendes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich sowie die modern ausgestattete K\u00fcche vorfinden. Das gro\u00dfe Badezimmer mit separater Dusche und Badewanne und der freundliche Eingangsbereich steht Ihnen alleine zur Verf\u00fcgung. W\u00e4hrend Sie auf der eigenen Terrasse sitzen, k\u00f6nnen Sie den entspannenden Ger\u00e4uschen des angrenzenden Wildpflanzenparks lauschen. Bei einem Spaziergang durch den Park entdeckt man Enten und G\u00e4nse im Talsee sowie die Streuobstwiese am gegen\u00fcberliegenden Hang, auf der in den Sommermonaten Schafe grasen.<\/p>\n
Unser Haus liegt in Mitten des Ortskerns von Unterkirnach im Schwarzwald. Der 200m entfernte Unterkirnacher Supermarkt Nahkauf versorgt Sie mit Lebensmitteln. Ebenfalls in Laufn\u00e4he befinden sich eine Bank mit Geldautomat, ein Friseur, sowie die in den Nahkauf integrierte Postagentur. Eine Apotheke, ein allgemeiner Arzt, ein Zahnarzt sowie eine physiotherapeutische Praxis befinden sich ebenfalls in der Ortsmitte.<\/p>\n
Wenn Sie ohne PKW anreisen, befindet sich n\u00e4chste Bushaltestelle auf Kirnachbr\u00fccke in 300m Entfernung. Sie ist gut zu Fu\u00df zu erreichen.<\/p>\n

Completely furnished with our modern interpreted country home design concept you can expect to have everything you need to enjoy the time during your stay. The 65 m\u00b2 apartment was renovated in 2016 and was awarded with 5 stars by the German tourism association. You will find a spacious bedroom for two with a big and comfortable bed, the welcoming living room with integrated dining area and a modern kitchen with all the equipment you need. The big bathroom with shower and separate tub as well as the friendly entry way will also be just your own to enjoy.\u00a0 Sitting on your private terrace, you can listen to the soothing noises of the local park with indigenous plants which is right in front of the house. Walking through the park, you can watch the ducks and geese in the pond and if you choose to expand your route, you will reach the meadow with scattered fruit trees on the opposite hillside, where sheep graze during the summer months.<\/p>\n
The house is centrally located in the village of Unterkirnach in the Black Forest. The apartment offers you a comfortable and unique accommodation for your special vacation. The local grocery store is located only 200 m away. You can also reach a cash point, a hair dresser and a post office quickly by foot. The medical infrastructure of the village is also very good, with a pharmacy, a general doctor and a physiotherapy practice right in the centre.<\/p>\n
If you are travelling with public transport, the nearest bus station is only a quick 300m walk down the street.<\/p>\n
